Server Rules:

Be kind and respectful. Any hatespeech, racism, sexism, bullying, and any form of discrimination is not allowed.

Punishment Evasion. Joining with alt-accounts to evade punishment is not allowed.

Explicit content is not allowed. This includes; pornography, gore, "dark humour", and etc.

Spamming is not allowed. Condense your messages and do not use excessive capital letters.

Harassment is not allowed. Harassing staff members, or anyone in general is not allowed.

Advertising is not allowed. Promoting within our server is not allowed, mentioning other Minecraft servers is not allowed either.

Impersonating people is not allowed. Pretending to be somebody that you are not is not allowed.

Cheating is not allowed. Using cheats to give you an unfair advantage is not allowed. Check the modlist section of the rules for a list of allowed mods.

Damaging the server is not allowed. Creating lag machines, spreading false information, and etc is not allowed.

Maximum of 2 accounts per player. You are only allowed to own 2 minecraft accounts, If you have more people under the same household, create a ticket on our discord.

Lying to staff is not allowed. Falsifying information and not being truthful to staff members is not allowed as it delays solving issues.

Sharing private information is not allowed. Information includes; addresses, IPs, and etc.

Griefing is not allowed. Griefing other players in any way is strictly prohibited. Includes; stealing items, breaking builds, and etc.

Staff are not responisble for lost items. Staff members are not responsible for lost items and they cannot be refunded. If you have lost items due to a bug, please create a ticket in our Discord, providing evidence. Without concrete evidence, your items are not going to be compensated.

Bug exploitation is not allowed. If you find a bug please report it immediately via our discord. Using a bug to your advantage is not allowed.

Scamming is not allowed. Stealing from other players or lying about a transaction is not allowed.

IRL Trading is not allowed. Selling your ToadSMP items for real life money is not allowed.

This guide provides an overview of the mods that are and aren’t allowed on ToadSMP. Since there are so many mods out there, we can't possibly list them all. If you’re ever unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out on our Discord through the ticket system!

Important Information:

Allowed
A mod marked with this status can be freely used without any restrictions.

Allowed with Restriction
These mods can be used, but certain features must be turned off to ensure fair gameplay. For example, some minimap mods allow players to see underground caves or entities, which could give an unfair advantage. To ensure fair play, players using these mods should disable the problematic features.
Failure to follow these rules may result in consequences.

Not Allowed
Mods with this status are strictly forbidden and may result in penalties if used.

Under Review
Mods with this status are currently being reviewed by staff and will be added to the list once a decision is made.

Missing Mod
If you can’t find a mod in this document, it may not have been submitted yet. You can submit mods to staff via tickets for review.

Allowed with Restrictions:
These mods are allowed with the following restrictions to maintain fair play:

• Mini-Maps – Disable cave/entity visibility
  Example: Xaero’s Minimap – Block Map settings → Cave Mode: OFF | Entity Radar settings → Display Radar: OFF
• Litematica – Disable printer, easyplace, and airplace features

Not Allowed Mods:
These mods are NOT allowed on ToadSMP, and using them will result in consequences:

• StepUp (Allows you to climb blocks without jumping)
• Auto-clickers or any mod that enhances clicking speed
• Mods that replicate bedrock placing behavior (e.g., scaffolding mods)
• Freecam or any camera mod that detaches from your POV
• Cut Through (Mods that allow players to bypass terrain)
• Macros/Automation Software

Content Creator Rules:

You must be active
Not uploading videos, or being inactive on our server will lead to your role being taken away.

Follow Rules
You must follow the Minecraft EULA, Discord TOS, and ToadSMP Rules.

Quality Content
You must upload content that is up to our standard & does not defame our server or harm its identity in any way.

English Only
Content must be only be made in English. Exceptions can be made, please do create a ticket to inform us prior to this.

Towny Rules:

Respect Town RightsDo not claim a chunk of land within 100 blocks of another town's claim. In the event of a dispute, both mayors can come to an agreement or the rule-breaker will have to forcefully remove the disputed claims and everything on it.

TrespassingDo not remain on someone else's private land if they have asked you to leave their claims.

Copying Town/Nation namesDo not duplicate or mimic a town's or nation's name without explicit permission from the original town's mayor. Once a town/nation is created, its name is subsequently reserved.

ScammingAs a mayor, do not scam your residents for items, services, or money. The property of a resident is not necessarily the property of the mayor. The same applies for residents.


Town/Nation rulesAs a mayor, you may post a set of your town/nation rules, as long as they do not conflict with the server rules.
